Man caught taking pictures of women in the Cabela’s bathroom ran from police in the Mesa Mall area to Kohls and All-Terrain Motorsport stores. After escaping from a fire exit at Kohls, the suspect lead police on a foot pursuit ending inside All-Terrain Motorsports. 26-year-old Duane Casey was arrested and placed in the Mesa County Jail on several charges.
