Male was stabbed by his brother in the area of Villa Street & E 1/2 RD in Clifton. The suspect fled the scene before the sheriff arrived. Sheriff found the suspect on Collyer Ave in Clifton a short time later. An ambulance was called for the suspect who also sustained heavy injuries during the stabbing. Suspect is claiming self-defense.
