Tractor has fallen on two people in the area of 31 3/10 Rd & B 1/2 Rd. Both police and rescue crews are on scene. At least one person is trapped underneath the fallen tractor. Police are attempting to use man power to lift the tractor off the victim. One victim has a large laceration to the hand.
