GJ Police & Fire Respond to Morning T-bone Crash

Grand Junction Police Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 29 Road and Teller Avenue on 07/15/24, at approximately 6:50 a.m. A minivan was traveling north on 29 Road and attempted to make a left turn onto Teller Avenue but failed to yield to traffic. An older model truck collided with the van in a T-bone fashion, causing the van to roll. One driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital by the Grand Junction Fire Department for evaluation. There was severe damage to both vehicles and the roadway was closed for a short period of time. There is no further information available at this time.
