Felony menacing at Westlake Park near the skatepark area. Homeless male pulled a knife and threatened multiple adults with their children at the park. The suspect fled southbound through the park when police arrived. Police found the suspect and held him at gunpoint until he was arrested. Suspect was arrested in the area of W Mesa Ave & Poplar Dr.
