Vehicle shooting, victim is claiming that an ex-boyfriend fired a shot into her car in the City Market parking lot on N 12th St & Patterson Rd. Suspect is a Kyle Smith (27) last seen driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee. Smith was located and arrested in the area of H Rd & 27 Rd. Spent shell casings were found in the vehicle.
