Felony Menacing, Male with Crossbow, Area of 29 3/8 Rd & Patterson Rd

An individual that lives in the area reported that a male walking down the street carrying a crossbow threatened their daughter. Police are now reporting that the suspect was only threatening to shoot the victims dogs, not the actual victim.
