Male holding a sign “I hope your kids rot in hell” was standing in the median, screaming at traffic, making inappropriate hand gestures. The suspect refused to leave the roadway, eventually running from police when they attempted to detain him. Police deployed a taser to bring down the suspect in the Walgreens parking lot. Suspect is now in custody.
