Male victim was assaulted by a male suspect at another location, then traveled to the Stop & Save on F Rd and I-70 Business Loop. Possible second victim was also stabbed according to a dispatched aired to neighboring police agencies. Male suspect, who is known to police, fled the area in a vehicle towards I-70. Suspect made comments about being hostile to law enforcement.
The assault / stabbing occurred at a nearby residence on Country Ct near F 1/2 and 32 1/2 Rd. Police found shards of glass and blood at the home.
