Two vehicle accident blocking traffic at 29 1/2 Rd & North Ave. Bystander broke a window to help a person that was stuck inside get out. A small gray vehicle is heavily damaged. A utility pole was also damaged in the crash. Police have taken one female into custody related to the accident.
