The remains of the apartment complex at 920 Iowa Avenue in Palisade are scheduled to be demolished this week. In a public notice, the Town of Palisade announced crews will start work September 16th, with demolition on Thursday September 19th.
The removal comes after 5 months since the deadly arson fire swept through the building claiming one life. The suspect of the arson took his own life later the same day.
