Child Welfare Check, F Rd & 33 3/4 Rd

Sheriff is out with a young child seen on the rail road tracks as well as in the busy road in the area of F Road and 33 3/4 Road. The sheriff was able to catch the child on foot after the child started running and showing erratic behavior.
