Caller reported a male laying on the south east corner of 29 Rd and Patterson Rd performing inappropriate acts in view of the public. Suspect was wearing a brown jacket and jeans. Police took the male suspect into custody on an outstanding warrant for another indecent exposure incident. Warrant identified the male as Larry Drake, age 59.
