Suspicious Activity, Area of Grand Ave & 28 Rd

Police investigating suspicious activity in a vehicle in the area of Grand Avenue and 28 Rd. Suspects became uncooperative with police and are being held at taser point awaiting additional police backup. Police have 2 suspects in custody.
