Single vehicle rollover with vehicle resting on its roof in the ditch, just east of the main Palisade exit in the westbound lanes, mile marker 42. Occupants report no injuries but they are stuck inside of the vehicle. Police on scene reporting all occupants and a dog are all safe and have made it out of the vehicle.
