Vehicle accident into a fence of a residence followed by a possible gunshot in the area north of 31 Road and E Road. Police on scene reporting the driver is still inside the vehicle and not following police commands. Additional emergency police resources have been requested.
Police managed to pull the driver from the vehicle and take him into custody.
