Police were in a foot pursuit with a suspect in the area of N 12th St and Patterson Road. Police were attempting to contact the suspect on Wellington Avenue due to a restraining order violation at one of the medical facilities. Police have the suspect in custody near the QDOBA in the City Market parking lot.
