Possible shooting after hearing individuals yelling in the area south of Elm Avenue on 28 1/4 Rd. Witness reports hearing loud pops and seeing an individual run and hide in a shed in a back yard. Police in the area are setting up a perimeter around a block on 28 1/4 Rd including Eastgate Court while they investigate the incident.
Update 9:33 p.m.: Police are in contact with a male that has been shot in the leg(s). An ambulance has been dispatched.
