Police attempted to contact a male suspect near North 21st Street and North Avenue when he fled. Police chased the suspect on foot until he was caught on the 1st floor of the VA Hospital parking garage. Suspect then bit one of the officers while being detained. Officers injuries are minor (if any) and he is being checked out by an ambulance, as well as the suspect.
