Disturbance at 29 Mile Apartments, Building A, on Orchard Avenue and 29 Road. A mentally ill or intoxicated suspect is causing a scene, pulling fire alarms, and setting off fire extinguishers. Sheriff was previously dealing with the same suspect earlier today for noise disturbances, banging on walls, floors, doors, etc. The suspect is detained by sheriff.
