Police are out on a high risk traffic stop at Grand Avenue and North 1st Street. Two suspects are detained and one suspect fled on foot from the traffic stop. A loaded pistol magazine and a knife were found in the vehicle. Suspect(s) might be involved in a shoot / weapons violation call from the Orchard Mesa area last week.
