Single vehicle rollover accident near mile marker 34 on Interstate 70 between Clifton and Horizon exits. Driver appears to have an elbow injury. Truck that rolled has caught fire. Police and fire department are on scene. Fire department is extinguishing fire.

(GRAND JUCNTION, COLO) – Colorado State Troopers responded to a single vehicle rollover crash at approximately 11:13 p.m. last night on I-70 near 29 Road in Mesa County. On arrival they found a Toyota Sequoia that had rolled into the center median and caught fire.
The driver, a 41 year old Grand Junction man, was the only occupant. He was transported to St Mary’s with minor injuries.
At the conclusion of the crash investigation, troopers cited the driver for Driving Under the Influence and other driving offenses leading to the crash.
