Police and EMS are meeting the incoming eastbound Amtrak train at its station at Pitkin Avenue and S 1st Street for two passengers possibly overdosing on drugs. Male and female both unconscious but are breathing. Animal control was dispatched to take possession on a service dog associated with the suspects.
