Single vehicle accident off the embankment in the area of I-70 Frontage Road and 23 Road north of I-70. Vehicle described by caller as pointing straight up in the air off the bridge ramp. Driver is claiming no injuries, but possibly intoxicated and is slurring his words. Police on scene have requested a tow truck to remove the vehicle.
