Female in a white truck at the gas pump in cardiac arrest at the Circle K on E Road and 32 Road in Clifton. CPR is in progress from a bystander. Sheriff deputy arriving on scene has administered Narcan and taken over CPR. Both involved parties are known to law enforcement. Fentanyl appears to be involved. Last known status of female patient was conscious and breathing again.
