Juvenile Disturbance, Mesa Mall, Patterson Rd & 24 Rd

Juveniles fighting near the carnival at the Mesa Mall, Patterson Road and 24 Road. Two juvenile females with about 50 others watching. Citadel Security had broken up the fight, with police arriving to help disperse the crowd.
