Police are out on a high risk traffic stop occupied by a male and female driving a black Audi on Wellington Avenue and North 7th Street. Previously reported as a “rolling” domestic disturbance, the couple were seen driving around the area having a verbal argument and possibly assaulting each other. Police finally located the vehicle and observed suspicious behavior during the routine traffic stop, upgrading it high-risk. Female was seen hiding items in the car as she was told to step out of the vehicle. Both occupants were safely detained by police.
