Vehicle Accident, Near Exit 42 on I-70 Palisade

Two vehicle accident west of exit 42 on Interstate 70 at Palisade. Vehicles are a silver truck and a white sedan. One vehicle continued on to hit a guardrail, another vehicle crossed the interstate and went off the road.
