Rescue crews are on the river assisting an adult female and a 9-year-old juvenile male near River Road and 25 Road. This will be on the river behind River City Sportplex and Banana Fun Park. Another bystander on the river located the two individuals and assisted them to the shoreline. Initial incident occured near Las Colonias when their raft overturned.
