Two vehicle accident near Pitkin Avenue and North 5th Street. Vehicle(s) from the accident continued into the Police Department fence / gate. A small child in the passenger seat is injured. Vehicles are a white Jeep vs black truck. A police officer, observing from the Police Department parking lot, witnessed the crash and immediately sprang into action. The accident also damaged the street light and a light pole near the intersection.
