False Alarm Fire, North Ave & N 23rd St

False alarm fire at a vacant mechanic shop on North Avenue and North 23rd Street. Police and fire located a male suspect on the property with a warming fire, that was extinguished upon arrival. The area is safe and there is no active fire.
