Two vehicle accident in the area of I-70 Business Loop and 31 Road. Red truck vs silver truck with one driver possibly intoxicated. At least one vehicle went off the road in the westbound lanes, the other remaining in the eastbound lanes.
Update: Responders are advising that one vehicle managed to cross over the south side of train tracks from I-70B. Tow truck will have to access the truck from north of E Road on 31 Rd.
