Rescue crews are dispatched for a traumatic injury at the receiving / delivery area at Sam’s Club on Highway 6&50 and Independent Avenue. A 64-year-old male opened the back of a delivery truck and had a large pallet fall on top of him. The male is currently breathing, but not alert, and has a serious foot injury.
