Mesa County Commissioners have approved a $537,862 contract for the Pioneer Village Drainage Improvements Project during a public hearing on July 1. The initiative aims to enhance drainage in the Pioneer Village Subdivision and mitigate localized flooding by installing a storm network and detention chamber to capture runoff and meet county drainage standards. Construction will impact Pioneer Village Circle South, parts of 32 Road, and extend to private property at 575 32 Road. Further updates on the project’s progress are expected.
The Pioneer Village Subdivision is located on the southwest corner of Patterson Road and 32 Road.
