Single vehicle accident near mile marker 150 on Highway 141 near Whitewater. A gray Mustang hit road debris and went off the road. Vehicle has 4 occupants of which 2 are injured. One occupant has a welt on their head and scrapes, the other is not able to feel their hands. EMS and State Patrol are dispatched.
