Vehicle vs pedestrian accident in the area of North Avenue and 28 3/4 Road. CPR is in progress for a 35-year-old male 65-year-old female, possibly struck by a white vehicle on scene.
Victim has regained a pulse and is being rushed to the hospital.
Police have setup detours around eastbound North Avenue while they investigate. Drivers should avoid the area if possible.
Update: On the evening of July 15, 2025, the pedestrian succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. The Mesa County Coroner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased once next-of-kin notifications have been made.
