Newly published passenger video offers a clearer view of the in-flight disturbance that led a Breeze Air flight from Norfolk, VA, to Los Angeles, CA, to divert to Grand Junction on August 13. The footage shows another passenger restraining the agitated male by placing him into his seat, and ends as Grand Junction police officers board the aircraft, arrest the suspect, and escort him off in handcuffs.

The added soundtrack references a viral Jet2 memeโ€”an upbeat โ€œNothing beats a Jet2 holidayโ€ jingle that TikTok users often pair with chaotic travel clips for ironic contrast.

As previously reported, the flight diverted after a passenger became unruly midair. Police and EMS met the aircraft on arrival; officers boarded at 11:38 a.m., swiftly took the suspect into custody, interviewed witnesses, and collected video. The Grand Junction Police Department also contacted the FBI to assist with the investigation.

An afternoon update identified the individual as an intoxicated male who shouted racist slurs at airline staff while brandishing a skateboard. No physical assaults or injuries were reported.
