Motorcycle vs vehicle accident just south of B 1/2 Road on 29 Road in Orchard Mesa.
Fire units report a two-vehicle crash with a motorcycle rider down and significant damage. An on-scene tourniquet is noted; ambulance requests for a second unit.
A truck traveling southbound on 29 Road was turning east onto Four Corners Drive when it struck a motorcycle in the northbound lane. The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Update: The Mesa County Coroner was inspecting the accident scene. Both the motorcycle and truck were towed to the police impound lot.
