One person is dead in a vehicle accident on the I-70 Frontage Road near the frontage overpass just south of S 1/2 Road in DeBeque. Emergency responders on scene confirmed a male driver has died of his injuries sustained during the crash. It appears the male was the only occupant. The vehicle, possibly a silver Chevy truck, appears to have hit a concrete barrier, split in half, and rolled down an embankment. DeBeque Marshal and State Patrol are on scene investigating.
