Two vehicle accident just south of Orchard Avenue on 28 1/4 Road. Minor to moderate injury reported by all vehicle occupants involved, all elderly in age. Vehicles involved are a black sedan and a RV / motorhome. It was also noted that traffic lights are out in the area of Orchard Ave and 29 Road, to 28 Road, prior to the crash.
