Disturbance reported in the alley on Teller Avenue and North 3rd Street. Around 8:23 PM, multiple callers witnessed a male possibly thrown from or dragged by a moving vehicle. There is information that two vehicles are possibly involved. A 38-year-old male is conscious and breathing, with head, hand, and foot injuries.
