Police are out with a male suspect causing a disturbance at Duck Pond Park at Santa Clara Ave and Highway 50 in Orchard Mesa. The incident started as a report of suspicious activity in the area involving the suspect. When police contacted the male, he became hostile and uncooperative, causing an officer to hold the male at taserpoint and request additional backup. The suspect is now safely in police custody.
