Multiple callers reporting a wrong way driver on I-70 heading westbound in the eastbound lanes of traffic. Vehicle is a maroon passenger car driven by a possible elderly driver. Vehicle has made its way to exit 26 at 22 Road. All police agencies in the area have a patrol vehicle responding including Fruita PD.
Update: Police are unable to locate the vehicle traveling in either lane of traffic. Officers are now checking the surrounding area to see if they can find a vehicle matching the description.
