Police were in a short foot pursuit with an “angry” and erratic male near Orchard Avenue and North 13th Street. While contacting the male, the situation somehow escalated into a foot pursuit, with officers tasering the suspect and taking him into custody. An ambulance was dispatched to check the suspect for injury.
