Grand Junction Fire Department responded to the Railyard Apartments on Base Rock Street near Highway 6&50 for a grill fire. The grill was located about 5 feet away from the large apartment complex and appeared to be unattended. First responders on scene quickly extinguished the grill fire and cancelled all other responding emergency units.
