Disturbance and possible vehicle fire in the parking lot at Walmart on North Avenue. Report of a vehicle with flat tires running into multiple other vehicles, with bystanders attempting to stop the driver. One vehicle is smoking, possibly catching fire. Large law enforcement response due to reports of people possibly fighting or trying to detain the driver. Fire crews arriving on scene reporting no smoke or flames seen. Unknown if this is a medical issue. Driver / suspect is an unknown age female.
The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Jasmine Fink, was transported to the Mesa County Detention Facility and booked on the following charges:
- DUI – 3 or More Prior Convictions
- Attempted Second Degree Assault
- Attempted Vehicular Assault
- Criminal Mischief
- Obstruction
- Resisting Arrest
- Hit and Run
- Aggravated Driving with Revoked License
- Failed to Notify Police of Accident
