Felony menacing reported in the parking lot of Lowes on Rimrock Avenue and Highway 6&50. A male suspect had flashed a firearm while threatening another individual. Police performed a high risk traffic stop on the vehicle in front of AutoZone, taking the male suspect safely into custody. Officers are investigating what caused the incident, possibly involving an argument over a dog. Animal control is dispatched to take custody of the arrested suspect’s dog.
