Police are out at a vehicle vs fence / tree accident on 29 Road near Formay Avenue. Witnesses stated a GMC SUV crashed through a fence, followed by a female and male arguing before entering an apartment nearby. Officers are on scene and in contact with individuals involved. State Patrol will be handling the crash report.
