Vehicle driver has crashed into the Cafe Rio building on Patterson Road just east of 24 Road. This comes minutes after a vehicle drove into the JCPenney building at the Mesa Mall on 24 1/2 Road. Vehicle is described as an orange Kia Forte. Female driver describing minor injury.
