Police and EMS responded to the area of West Main Street and Spruce St by the City and County buildings for a medical incident. A 65-year-old female was reported to be in cardiac arrest. An officer quickly arrived on scene to find the patient with shallow breathing. The patient is being treated by EMS and transported to the hospital.
